1. We have setup a considerate cancellation and refund policy in line with our high performance services and a top notch customer service experience.
  2. Our projects are comprised of milestones.
  3. We initiate all projects with a detailed discovery call, business analysis. We then share a descriptive scope document with clear deliverables. This is done to ensure both parties have complete understanding of the work and thus eliminate the potential for project reversals, disputes or cancellations.
  4. We invest a huge amount of time in strategizing, planning, setup, documenting and implementation of projects, hence we do not offer refunds for advance payments in all circumstances.
  5. No previous payment or deposit would be refunded.
  6. There are no partial refunds for projects mid way through a milestone phase.
  7. No cancellations or refunds are applicable to payments made for specially discounted projects or offers.
  8. These are limited time offers and cannot be cancelled.
  9. Digital marketing service packages are not refundable, but the client may cancel with a notice written 30 days in advance.
  10. No refunds shall be provided on payments or deposits for projects that are abandoned or lay dormant for more than 29 days.
